Le Grand Large, the congress center of the city Saint-Malo, will welcome ISNT 2023. The building nicely located along the beach was recently refreshed. Le Grand Large is at walking distances of the walled city (intra-muros) and most hotels.

Saint-Malo is a historic French port in Brittany on the English Channel coast. The walled city had a long history of piracy, earning much wealth from local extortion and overseas adventures. The city changed into a popular tourist centre, with a ferry terminal serving the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey, as well as the Southern English settlements of Portsmouth, Hampshire and Poole, Dorset. The famous transatlantic single-handed yacht race, Route du Rhum, which takes place every 4 years in Novembers, is between Saint Malo and Pointe-à-Pitre in Guadeloupe (Wikipedia)

The city occupies a privileged place in Brittany.
Corsair city, capital of the sea, jewel of the Emerald Coast ... Saint-Malo has always been, throughout its history, the meeting place for all adventures, for all dreams…
Located at the northern tip of Ille-et-Vilaine, on the edge of Normandy and a stone's throw from Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo is also a springboard to the Channel Islands and England.
A place of history and legends, the cradle of illustrious characters, the city has managed, despite dark hours, to retain the authenticity conferred by its ramparts, cobblestones and old stones.
Proud of a rich past, the renowned seaside town remains a modern city always looking to the future ...  (ville de Saint-Malo)
