Créée le 1er janvier 2001, Saint-Malo Agglomération regroupe aujourd'hui 18 communes, qui représentent près de 80 000 habitants. Le siège de SMA se trouve à Cancale. La collectivité est présidée par Gilles Lurton.
The University of Rennes is an experimental public institution. Open to Europe and the world, at the heart of the Brittany Region and linked to Rennes Métropole and its ecosystem, it is built on a common history and the assets of its founding members. It has one ambition: to meet the major societal challenges of a world in transition, particularly in the fields of the environment, global health and digital technology.
There are now thirteen regions in metropolitan France. Their missions have been both affirmed and clarified over the years. They have four main areas of responsibility: economic development, initial and continuing education for young people and adults, regional planning and the environment, and transportation. They can also invest in so-called optional competencies to improve the quality of life on their territory by intervening in culture, sports or regional languages alongside other communities.
For nearly 100 years, the ENSCR has been training general chemical engineers for all companies, for all production, services, engineering and management professions, for French, European and global industry.
Recognized and sought after in the job market, the chemical engineers graduated from ENSCR master the concepts and tools of their profession. They are able to carry out projects at national and international level in full autonomy.
The ENSCR chemical engineer diploma is recognized by the Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur and by the State.
